Did you think weight loss only? Wrong!

The personalized diets and lifestyle changes may help you in many ways – the conditions that can be influenced in a beneficial way are countless . Letting aside the weight loss which is just one minor aspect of what we achieve with our clients, the following can be obtained, too:

  1. Overall improvement (decreased level) of the total cholesterol (TC), with variable increase of the „good cholesterol” (HDL) and decrease of the „bad” one (LDL). Those changes might be followed by an overall reduction (up to entirely stopping the drugs!) of the daily dosage of  lipid-lowering agents (statins or „cholesterol medication”)
  2. Decrease of both, systolic and diastolic blood pressure values, followed by a decrease of the daily dosage of the blood pressure medication
  3. Reduction of fasting and post-prandial blood glucose levels, glycated hemoglobin (HbA1C) and the dose of oral diabetes drugs and/or insulin doses
  4. Improvement of long-term prognosis for diabetes patients and delayed onset of specific complications
  5. Reduction of the serum levels of uric acid, resulting in longer pain-free intervals for patients suffering from gout
  6. Correction of anemia, with reduction of its symptoms: tiredness, dyspneea (shortness of breath), palor
  7. Improved levels of serum calcium, resulting in less osteoporosis complications
  8. Improved liver function, reflected through decreased levels of liver enzymes (ALT, AST) and through structural and functional improvement of the fatty liver
  9. Improvement of the signs and symptoms of the metabolic syndrome (Syndrome X), together with prevention of complications and reduction of drugs dosage
